However, if you are not satisfied with one of our products and wish to return any of the products you have purchased, please contact us and we will help with your concerns. Accepting orders and security When you place an order, either online, by telephone, or in writing, we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will email you as soon as we can to let you know.
All order details are confirmed by you when your order is placed, including the billing address, shipping address. When you receive your email confirmation, you will have an opportunity to check these details are correct to make any amendments before the order goes into production. You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to make any changes, after this period no changes can be made.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Faulty products will have to be shipped within 7 days of being issued a shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 12 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. New, and in the original packaging.
Moldy items: Items that have developed mold within transit are eligible for a refund or exchange.
If part of the shipment is damaged or molded (for example 1kg out 10kg of the shipment), the damaged part of the shipment in this case 1kg will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damage due to negligence or other reasons other than mentioned above will not be eligible for a refund.
Product images and descriptions: Please note that the color of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology used to access it. Whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colors, some variation may occur.
Note that vanilla beans are in a range of 14-17cm, therefore the length of the bean will be in that range.
Each product is fulfilled according to your order. so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns. Cases like changing your mind or any other reason other than a product fault will not be eligible for a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
In determining refund amounts:
If you would like a refund with no exchange of goods; you will be refunded 100% but responsible for return shipping costs. refund will be issued within 7 working days after receiving your goods. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
If you would like a replacement, we will ship the replacement product to you at our cost but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the faulty product.
