By adding a few spices and herbs to your diet, you can achieve your dream hair. Think of rosemary, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, basil, thyme, garlic, and turmeric.

1. Rosemary.

“Knowing the disease is half the cure”, also what causes your hair to break is essential if you want to grow long hair. These are the possible reasons for hair loss and breakage.

  • Some hair products are of poor quality and can just cause breakage to your hair. These poor products will leave your hair brittle, weak and dull thus breakage. A quick solution, invest in quality hair products.
  • Heat and lack of moisture can cause your hair to break. Being in areas with a lot of heat or failing to oil your hair, will make it brittle and prone to breaking. Also, frequent application of heat to your hair from appliances like hairdryers weakens the shaft thus hair loss in the long run.
  • Poor diet with foods that don’t support hair growth. With the list above, you can change this and eat healthy spices for your hair’s health.
  • Stress is a body killer. Too much stress will make your body weak, hair dull and so fragile. Stress will break your hair, try to find stress measures.
  • Tight hairstyles that stretch your hair will also make it break.
  • Over-washing your hair can lead to breakage too. Its good to keep proper hygiene but too much washing will deny your scalp the natural oils that are responsible for keeping the hair strong and moist.
